At Eduventix, we strive to provide the highest quality educational consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Consultancy Fees

Our consultancy fees cover services including university selection, application assistance, document verification, and visa guidance. These fees are earned once we begin providing the agreed-upon services.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Before Service Commencement: Full refund if no services have been rendered
• After Partial Service: Pro-rata refund based on services completed
• University Rejection: Partial refund (see table below)
• Visa Rejection: No refund for visa-related services (as these are third-party decisions)

4. Refund Schedule

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• University application fees (paid directly to universities)
• Visa application fees (paid to embassies/consulates)
• Language test fees (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE)
• Document translation and attestation fees
• Courier and shipping charges

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

1. Send an email to info@eduventix.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
2. Include your full name, registration number (if applicable), and reason for refund
3. Attach any supporting documents

We will process your request within 10-14 business days.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
